Terms and Conditions for Meelo Pets Credit Application

Payment Terms:

All invoices issued by Meelo Pets must be paid in full within 30 days of the invoice date ("NET30"). Failure to pay invoices within this period will result in a late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding amount per month or part thereof. Meelo Pets reserves the right to withhold or cancel any future deliveries until payment has been received in full.

COD Orders:

Meelo Pets offers a 2% discount for all orders paid for in cash upon delivery ("COD Orders"). This discount only applies if payment is received at the time of delivery.

Consignment Model:

Meelo Pets does not issue stock on consignment. All products must be paid for as outlined above. Meelo Pets will not refund orders based on a consignment model.

Returns and Refunds:

Returns and refunds will only apply to products that are faulty or defective. Customers must notify Meelo Pets in writing within 7 days of receiving the product, providing proof of purchase and a description of the fault or defect. Meelo Pets will arrange for the return of the product and will provide a replacement or refund. Meelo Pets will not be liable for any costs associated with the return of faulty or defective products.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa.

Amendments:

Meelo Pets reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers will be notified of any changes to these terms and conditions via the Meelo Pets website or by email.

Delivery:

Orders will only be dispatched once an official Purchase Order has been received.

 

By submitting a credit application to Meelo Pets, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
